Afternoon
Thursday afternoons invite youth to explore scientific concepts through hands-on investigations rooted in the Scientific Method. CP2ers ask questions, form hypotheses, test ideas, and reflect on their findings through engaging projects.
Activities include building bridges to test stability, investigating why the sky appears blue, designing and dropping parachutes to explore gravity, and launching homemade rockets. Each project connects abstract theories to real-world phenomena, helping youth develop critical thinking, creativity, and genuine excitement for understanding how the world works.
